Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to provide professional services for intake of information regarding each property in Cedar Rapids with documented derecho damage through the initial Damages Assessment Process; document the property owner status in securing financial resources, such as insurance and FEMA Individual Assistance, and based upon set criteria, provide the household with direction on options for property rehabilitation and connect them with the appropriate resources.
