Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide the environmental remediation services (abatement of asbestos and hazardous material), utility disconnects and complete demolition services for two (2) residential parcels consisting of residential & accessory structures along with complete parcel clean up. These parcels are being demolished for the future flood control system.
