We have two options below for our Residential Customers: online or by phone.

Prefer to speak with a representative to start or stop service? You may call our Customer Service team at 319-286-5900 to set up a Cedar Rapids Utility Billing Account. Our representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and can discuss any possible requirements needed to start or stop service. To start an account for a business, please call our Customer Service team at the number above.

  • Annual Water Quality Report
    Each May, the Cedar Rapids Water Division releases an annual water quality report. The report is distributed to all water users and provides information about the water treatment process and the quality of your drinking water.
