Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids intends to establish an as-needed roofing services contract with a contractor who has the ability, labor, materials and equipment to provide quality roofing work for various City owned buildings. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of services to be ordered. Any roofing project estimated to exceed $25,000 will be competitively bid and will not be a part of the contract.
