Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for storage of lime sludge for the Water Division. On an annual basis during the months of December, January and February, this lime sludge is removed by City staff and will be transported to the contractor's facility or site that has a Beneficial Use Designation from the IDNR, or is able to obtain a Beneficial Use Designation, to accept this material.
