To provide golf facilities to the citizens and visitors of Cedar Rapids so that the playing conditions and environments are the best as revenues allow.

To be recognized among all municipal golf facilities as having a foundation that builds upon quality conditions both on the golf course and in the clubhouse, which is achieved through the "team concept" of our organization.
