What can I do to conserve water?
If customers are interested in wisely utilizing our water resources here are some tips to help conserve water:
  • Choose to limit the amount you water your lawn. Typically, in summer months, 50% of water consumed by households is used outdoors.
  • Repair leaky toilets and faucets. A leaky toilet can waste more than 200 gallons of water a day.
  • Run only full loads in the dishwasher. The appliance will use the same amount of water for a normal cycle whether it contains a full load or just a few dishes.
