Not a runner? No worries. Work out instead. Enter 1 mile on your form for every 15 minutes you work out. This can be yoga, weightlifting, walking, virtual classes, etc.
The rules are simple:

- Walk, run, jog, or work out on your own time at your own pace.
- Keep track of your mileage! Download the paper running log below and record each distance manually or use a health or fitness app to track your miles.
- Complete 26.2 miles in 30 days.
- Connect with us and other participants by tagging your photos #staystrongtogether.
- Submit your miles online at the link below. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL MILES TOGETHER ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE FULL 26.2.
- Complete the distance by the deadline and earn a medal.
