While budgeting might not top everyone's list of exciting activities, the City of Cedar Rapids is injecting a dose of sweetness into the process by giving Cedar Rapids residents a chance to win pie for a year* just for taking its annual budget survey!
As we work to develop our annual municipal budget, it is important to have a clear understanding of our community's needs and expectations. The information you share through this survey will help identify Fiscal Year 2025 Budget priorities for services that are important to Cedar Rapidians.
So which departments do you think should get the biggest slice? Let us know, and you could be enjoying pie every month for a year!
The survey will close at 5 PM on Friday, December 29, 2023.

*One random winner will receive certificates for 12 pies from Kathy's Pies in Cedar Rapids. Only residents of Cedar Rapids, age 18 and older, are eligible to complete the survey and win pie for a year. Only one entry per verified resident will be entered into the drawing. Contest ends December 29, 2023 at 5 PM CST. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.
