Scope of Work:
You are invited to submit a proposal to help the City of Cedar Rapids provide a
high quality, cost-effective wellness program to its employees. The consultant
must perform all administrative functions for the wellness program including
monitoring and tracking participant membership, producing all employee
communication materials relating to the wellness program, providing monthly
program updates and results tracking for city participants.
