Fire Alarm Permit Application
A construction permit is required to install a fire alarm system. Also, see below the NEW FORM for a fire alarm pre-final checklist.
Fire Alarm System Pre-Final Checklist
**NEW FORM REQUIRED FOR ANY FIRE ALARM INSTALLATION**
This form will be required to be completed before requesting final approval of the Fire Alarm installation. The installing contractor shall complete this form in its entirety stating that the system has been installed in accordance with approved plans and tested in accordance with the manufacturer’s published instructions and the appropriate NFPA requirements. NFPA 72
Sprinkler System Installation Permit Application
A permit is required for the installation of a sprinkler system in a residential or commercial structure.
Permit Application for Installation of a Temporary/Permanent LPG
A construction permit is required for installation of a temporary or permanent LP-gas system; tank and associated piping. A construction permit is required to install, alter, or remove, a Generator Base Tank containing flammable or combustible liquids.
Aboveground/Underground Storage Tank Installation or Removal
A construction permit is required to install, alter, remove, abandon or otherwise dispose of a flammable or combustible liquid tank. This includes aboveground/underground storage tanks and/or piping and dispenser installations or removals.
Pyrotechnic Display of Fireworks
An application is required for the display of fireworks, along with a Special Event application.
