Administrative Site Development Plans
The purpose of a site development plan is to confirm that all development is consistent with the requirements of City Codes and previously approved plans. When a Site Development Plan is required in connection with an application for a Conditional Use, Conditional Expansion, Major Design Exception, or Variance, the procedure for review and approval shall be the same as for the review and approval of the connected application. Otherwise, a Site Development Plan is reviewed and approved by the Development Services Department.  The Site Development Plan is the engineered certified plan of improvements, certified by a registered civil engineer licensed in the State of Iowa.  Click HERE for the application packet for a Site Development Plan.
