Purpose:
The Zoning Advisory Group was created by City Council resolution on February 26, 2019 to assist staff in reviewing the effectiveness of the City's new zoning code, which went into effect on January 1, 2019. The group is comprised of five members, three community representatives and one each from the Board of Adjustment and City Planning Commission.

Areas of Focus:
The group meets on an as-needed basis to assist City staff evaluate issues with the zoning code and potential amendments.

Meeting Schedule:

Meetings are held, as needed, at 4:00 pm on the third Monday of the month. The meetings are held in Collins Conference Room, 101 1st Street SE, City Hall Basement or Virtual, a zoom link can be requested from the contact below. Meetings will be confirmed with an agenda posted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the meeting.
