Submitting your interest on a parcel does not constitute a proposal, rather a way to provide your contact information in the event the City would seek redevelopment proposals or sell the property through a sealed bid. At such a time as the City were to proceed with disposing of the property, those who have submitted their interest will be contacted directly.

How do I register my interest on a parcel?
The City is collecting contact information for those interested in parcels acquired through the Voluntary Property Acquisition Program through an online form. An interactive map of all of the properties being acquired through the Voluntary Property Acquisition Program can be viewed here. Those listed in the database will receive notification when the City is accepting proposals for redevelopment or is accepting bids on the parcel.
How will I be notified when the City requests redevelopment proposals or bids on a parcel I'm interested in?
Those who have expressed interest through the online form will receive direct notification when the City would proceed with disposing of the parcel. A list of the current parcels the City is accepting proposals on can be viewed here.
