An intensive historic survey of the Bever Woods neighborhood was conducted in 2019 by Wapsi Valley Archaeology, funded by a grant from the State Historic Preservation Office. The purpose of the this survey was to assess the eligibility of properties in the study area for listing on the National Register of Historic Places.
