The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 is a federal relief package that provides funding to local governments to lay the foundation for strong and equitable economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. The City of Cedar Rapids and Linn County are making portion of this funding available for projects or programs in our community through a joint application process.
