The Parking Violations Administrative Review Panel reviews parking tickets received within 30 days from issuance that the public has received and would like to contest for dismissal.
The panel is responsible for reviewing the parking ticket, the comments of both the officer and the person who received the ticket and any attached information as well.
The City of Cedar Rapids uses AutoProcess to process all parking ticket appeals. The interactive web-based application allows the administrative board to review the tickets and process the appeal (with either an approval or denial).
