The City of Cedar Rapids recently renovated downtown convention complex is the second-largest convention and events center in the state of Iowa.
The convention center includes a new exhibit hall, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and pre-function space, plus a renovated events arena and renovated hotel with an additional ballroom and meeting room space. The 471,227 square foot complex offers 81,779 square feet of exhibit space, 12,359 square feet of ballroom space, and 19,383 square feet of meeting room space.

Naming Rights
Complex: U.S. Cellular signed a 10-year agreement with the City for the naming rights of the Cedar Rapids convention center and arena for a total of $3.8 million.
Hotel: Hilton signed a 15-year agreement with the City for the franchise and management of the hotel. The monthly program fee will be 4 percent of the hotel's gross revenue.
