If you would like to exchange your larger 95 gallon cart for a smaller 65 gallon cart, simply call the Solid Waste & Recycling Office at (319) 286-5897 to schedule the cart exchange.
There is no charge to exchange your YARDY cart. If you switch to the smaller 65 gallon cart and are not satisfied, we ask that you wait 6 months before switching back to the 95 gallon cart.
