How are we currently using energy?
Measurement of existing energy use is a critical part of energy management. Identifying opportunities for energy efficiency is nearly impossible without the ability to understand where and how energy is used. Establishing this baseline illustrates where the most energy can be saved and provides a benchmark to measure progress.
The following graphs reflect total energy use, broken down by fuel type, for Municipal operations, as well as for the community as a whole, for Fiscal Year 2008.
