Continuous Service

When a property is in between tenants, it can be easier to maintain utility service rather than shut it off and then turn it back on when the unit is occupied.  If you are interested in applying for a Do Not Remove Service order on one of your properties, please complete and return the form below.

Landlord Lien Exemption Form

The State of Iowa has provided landlords with the opportunity to not be held responsible for tenants' delinquent water bills.  If you are interested in signing up for this program, please complete and return the form below.  More information about the law is also provided.
