Registration Guidelines
- All program registrations are processed on a first come, first serve basis, and payment must be received to reserve a space in a program.
- The Department reserves the right to cancel or consolidate classes depending on registration. A full refund will be issued for all canceled classes. Minimum and maximum class participation will be utilized.
- Waiting lists will be established when classes are full. Additional classes may be offered if the minimum enrollment is achieved and facility space is available.
- Fees will not be prorated.
- Registration is required prior to the start of the classes, unless otherwise noted.
- A $4.00 non-refundable handling fee will be deducted from the refund of each class when an enrollee withdraws prior to the first day of class for all programs except swimming. (For swimming programs, withdrawals must be made by 8:00 PM the Wednesday before the first day of class.) Once the first day of class arrives (or the Thursday before the first day of class for swimming), refunds are not issued unless the class or program is canceled by the Recreation Department.
- The registration form is for fax and mail-in registration. Your receipt will be mailed after your registration is processed or provide your email address for quicker confirmation.
- If your child turns the minimum age required within 30 days of the start of the program, they may register for that program.
- A youth waiver form must be completed for every sports or aquatics participant under 18 years of age.
