Scope of Work:
The Iowa Substance Abuse Information Center (ISAIC), a service of the Cedar Rapids Public Library, desires to create a new website design.  At the same time it desires to implement a Web Content Management System (CMS) per the requirements outlined within this RFP.  The purpose of the website is to provide information about and access to Iowa Substance Abuse Information Center resources and services.
