Scope
of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids, Iowa is seeking proposals
from qualified Contractors for the towing and
storage of motor vehicles which have been involved
in various types of criminal activity, present a
traffic control hazard or are in violation of
traffic ordinances throughout the city. During
the past year, the current towing contractor towed
in excess of 5,000 vehicles. This number
includes a substantial number of owner's request "no
preference" wreckers.
