Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids Police Department is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based Personnel Management System.  The system must be automated to do scheduling, hiring for overtime, staffing extra work assignments and annual shift bidding.  The software must be compatible with and interface with the City's Computer Aided Dispatch and Financial Systems.
