Scope
of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking bids for the
monthly rental of a modular structure to serve as
temporary office space for the employees of the Jones
Park Golf course. The existing clubhouse was damaged
by the flooding in June 2008 and the interior is in
the process of being reconstructed, however, the
project will not be completed prior to the golf season
opening. Please see the Bid Submittal form (page 5)
for specifications. Contractor will be responsible
for any damage to asphalt at the time of removal. The
