Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provision of merchant card services for the various operating departments of the City.  A key objective of the project is to maximize economies and efficiencies by providing a consistent turnkey processing approach to citizens through a single Citywide method for processing merchant/debit card payments by all City departments.
