Acquisition Services for HMGP Greenway Area - #0509-318

Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants to provide professional services for the acquisition of up to 167 parcels in the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Greenway area.  The City anticipates Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to award funding to the City as early as summer of 2009 for acquisitions.  The acquisition process will not begin until the funding source is received by the City.
