Environmental Analysis for Potential Redevelopment Sites - Proposal #0909-067

Scope of Work:
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking an Environmental Analysis of three (3) different potential redevelopment sites. The analysis of Site A must meet Federal Transit Administration (FTA) guidelines. This study will provide a detailed environmental impact analysis and determination of significant impact for each of the areas in the Scope of Work for Site A. The analysis of Sites B and C is to assist the City in developing information to identify recognized environmental conditions in connection with these sites. It is estimated that both environmental analyses will be completed within 4 weeks from the date of contract execution.
