A3 Clarifier Mechanism Repair - Bid #0609-339

Scope of Work:
You are invited to submit a bid for the repair of the A3 Clarifier Mechanism as requested by the City of Cedar Rapids Water Pollution Control Facility.  The A3 Clarifier mechanism no longer rotates.  An inspection of the mechanism revealed broken support members and a severely buckled upper center column where the drive is attached.  The upper center column and broken members will need to be replaced.  Several severely corroded areas will also be reinforced.  Finally, the arms will be levled and the torque switch will be calibrated.
