City of Cedar Rapids, Iowa - Purchasing Department

The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking an experienced administrator to design and implement a long term business recovery (LTBR) program including, but not limited to, business assessments to determine individual needs and resources; business closeout exit plans where necessary; coordinate "businesses helping businesses" by providing technical assistance for marketing, process improvements and customer service; and assist businesses with how to expand and grow under adverse conditions related to flood damage and the national economy. All flood impacted businesses will be contacted and placed in the LTBR system.
