To enroll in monthly parking you must fill out the Parking Agreement Form, and deliver it to the Republic Parking Office at:

                          201 1st Avenue SE - 3rd Floor    

                          Cedar Rapids, IA 52401

How to Pay Monthly Fees

You may pay your monthly fees by check or Money Order, or through automatic withdrawal from your checking account though the ACH service.

In person: Bring your check or money order to the Republic Parking Office
Drop Box: You may also leave your payment in one of the two drop-boxes. Please write your parking permit number on the check or money order. Drop boxes are at the following two locations:

• 3rd Ave Parkade - 333 3rd Ave SE (3rd Ave Exit)
• 4th Ave Parkade - 349 4th Ave SE

ACH: You may sign up for automatic monthly payment withdrawal from your checking account by filling out the ACH form.
