Mission: The purpose of the Facility Maintenance Services Department is to maintain the City of Cedar Rapids' buildings and grounds to provide a safe, healthy, cost effective and aesthetically pleasing environment for City officials, employees and visitors.
Office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday located in the Public Works Building.
