FFY 2022 - 2025 Transportation Improvemet Program Update
The Corridor MPO is currently updating its Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2022 - FFY 2025 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP is a four-year capital improvement program for all federally-funded road, transit, trail, and SRTS projects in the metropolitan area. TIP projects come from the Fiscally Constrained Plan within the 2045 LRTP. Requests for funding are submitted annually by member jurisdictions and must be approved by the MPO. The funding is an 80/20 (federal/local) reimbursement program that is available in October, the beginning of the federal fiscal year (FFY) of the previous year it is programmed. The TIP is a living document that is subject to revisions and amendments throughout the year. These changes are typically due to changes in funding or project timelines.
This year, there is approximately $5 million in federal funding available to be allocated to projects submitted by jurisdictions who are members of the Corridor MPO. The projects submitted are shown below. We encourage you to provide your feedback on the projects.
Feedback can be provided by taking our survey, attending our virtual open house, or by submitting a formal public comment.
A virtual open house will be held on February 24th, 2021 from 6 PM to 7 PM. Staff will discuss each project and take questions and comments from the public. The virtual open house will be held using Facebook Live and can be attended by visiting the Corridor MPO’s Facebook page. A Facebook event has also been created.
The public is encouraged to provide their input via the online survey.
Formal public comments can be submitted by filling out this form and emailing it to email@example.com.
