Funds are fully committed for the City’s First Time Home Buyer (FTHB) program, and the program is closed for this funding round.

Home Buyer Education
Applicants are required to complete a HUD-approved home buyer education course before applying. Locally, Horizons offers an on-line course that is HUD-approved, but applicants are able to take any course they choose. However, it must specifically state the course and agency are “HUD-approved” in order for it to meet the requirements of the First Time Home Buyer program.
