Anyone who needs to submit large-scale plans, documents, etc., to the Building Services Department can do so via the FTP site below:

PLEASE: Once your file upload is complete, notify a Permit Technician by email at residential@cedar-rapids.org or by calling 319-286-5939 to make them aware your document is ready for review. Your file(s) will be removed from the site once our download is complete.
