Board of Appeals

Should you wish to contest any violation, orders, decisions or determinations you may submit an Appeal Request Form requesting a hearing before the Board of Appeals. Any request must be accompanied with the completed form and appropriate fees, and received by the Building Services Department.

Failure to request an appeal shall constitute a waiver of your right to hearing and this Notice shall become a final determination and order.

Appointment Applications
Board of Appeals membership appointment applications are accepted year round for mid-term resignations. Terms are three (3) years with each term expiring on June 30th. Applications are accepted through the end of April for those appointments that are expiring.
