1990-present: Bricks bar at 320 Second Avenue SE still stands as the only surviving building on this block from the 19th Century. It is tightly located between the 1963 parking ramp now owned by US Bank and the 2013 city parking ramp. A sculpted relief of a small boy still looks down at the sidewalk from the top of this structure. The boy has been “staring” at people for over 120 years.
