Department, please complete the Employment Application form
above.
Submit the completed form to the Iowa Workforce Development
Center. You may choose to mail, fax or drop off the
completed application.

More Information About the City's Application Process
Pre-employment drug screen required. A post-offer physical/medical screening is required before the City of Cedar Rapids may employ you. If you test positive for drugs or alcohol, a one-year waiting period is necessary before you may reapply.
An application must to be completed for each position. A resume may not substitute for an application. Applications are not kept on file.
