Bid opportunities - Housing Rehabilitation - General Contractors


Listed below are residential housing rehabilitation projects within the City of Cedar Rapids open for bid. You may contact the following Homeowners about presenting a bid for work on their home. Permission slips must be signed by the Homeowner to consider your bid. If you have questions, you may contact the specialist assigned to the particular project. Some projects will offer an open house that you may attend to meet the specialist, the homeowner, and ask questions about the specifications.

Unless otherwise noted, contractors and workers are required to be trained in Lead Safe Work Practices (LSWP) or as Iowa Certified Lead Abatement Contractor/Workers (Abatement).

All bids are due by 4:00 PM on the listed bid opening date for each project at Housing Services, 1211 6th St. SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Late bids will not be accepted.
