Scope of Work: The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking a qualified Contrctor to provide demolition services and parcel clean-up to assist the City in facilitating its ongoing recovery programs for approximately 135 flood-damaged properties.  The properties have no house structures and there are approximately 21 outbuildings that will need to be demolished.
