The Housing Services Division is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the federal housing and community development funds awarded by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  These Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) funds are used to meet three goals and objectives: Providing decent housing, a suitable living environment and expand economic opportunity.
