Bid Opportunities - Capital Improvement Projects


The following is a current list of tentative scheduled bid lettings from the City of Cedar Rapids Public Works and Water Department for the next two months. This schedule is subject to modification and will be updated regularly.

Plans and project manuals for City lettings are generally available 21 days prior to bid date unless denoted by * on the bid date.

IDOT LETTING**:  Plans can be ordered from the IDOT Office of Contracts by telephone (515-239-1414), facsimile (FAX 515-239-1325), by mail using the request form in the Weekly Letting Report or ordered over the internet at Bid Express (www.bidx.com).  Letting documents for the regular monthly lettings are available beginning the third Tuesday of the month prior to the letting.
