Stop Signs at 5th Avenue SE and 10th Street SE

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - October 30, 2009 - On Monday, November 2, 2009, the traffic signal at the intersection of 5th Avenue SE and 10th Street will be shut down temporarily, and all-way STOP signs will control traffic. Installation of new cable for the upgraded traffic signal will make use of the existing underground conduit system. The work is expected to take one week, weather permitting. Please use caution when driving, walking or biking in the area.
