First Avenue SE Closed at 40th St Drive SE

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - October 28, 2009 -Effective immediately First Avenue SE at 40th Street Drive is closed for eastbound traffic because of a gas line break. Emergency services and the gas company are on site. Initial report is a one to three hour closure. Traffic should seek an alternate route.
