Eastbound Lane of Eighth Avenue SE

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - October 28, 2009 -Effective immediately Eighth Avenue SE at Second Street will be reduced to one eastbound lane to the center of the road. The road repairs will take approximately three days to complete, weather permitting. Traffic should seek an alternate route.
