Why: Announce the creation of Cedar Rapids Medical District
The City of Cedar Rapids, Physicians Clinic of Iowa, Mercy Medical Center and St. Luke's Hospital will participate in a joint news conference on Tuesday, October 27. Representatives from each of the organizations will talk about the creation of a new Cedar Rapids Medical District. The location of the district and concept drawings will be unveiled.
In addition, there will be a major announcement about the construction of building in the newly established district.
