Second Street SW Closure

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - October 23, 2009 -Starting Monday, October 28, 2009, at 9 a.m., Second Street SW at Third Avenue will be closed for manhole fiber installation. The road will be closed approximately two weeks, weather permitting. Traffic should seek an alternate route.
