Congratulations to Karl Cassell, Executive Director of the Cedar Rapids Civil Rights Commission. He was elected to serve as the President of The League of Iowa Human & Civil Rights Agencies. This League is a statewide organization of the Iowa Civil Rights Commission, the Iowa Department of Human Rights and all the local civil and human rights commissions in the State of Iowa.
