CEDAR RAPIDS, IA –July 26, 2012 –
On July 26th, 2012 at approximately 4:18 pm Officers responded to the 1200 block alley between 3rd and 4th Avenue SE reference a shooting. Officers located two victims, Robin Cooper II and Steven Riley. Cooper and Riley both received non-life threatening gun shots wounds. We will provide additional details as they become available.
This incident is not related to Ragbrai.
